Common issues
The video I want has no captions
Languit needs captions or auto-generated subtitles to build a lesson. Try a different video, or open the video in YouTube and check if CC is available.
I hit my free monthly limit
Free accounts get 5 lessons per month. Upgrade to Pro for unlimited lessons via Settings → Subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS: Settings app → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Languit → Cancel.
The app cannot cancel your subscription directly — Apple manages billing.
I forgot my password
Tap "Sign in with Apple" or "Sign in with Google" — we don't use passwords. If your provider account is locked, reset it with your provider directly.
How do I delete my account?
Email privacy@languit.com from your registered address. We'll permanently delete your account and all data within 7 days.
